Descrição do cargo

Responsável por apoiar a gestão das operações de negócios em todos os canais e apoiar toda a organização entre as equipes para que os objetivos de negócios e serviço ao cliente (clientes internos, lojas e franquias) possam ser atendidos dentro do Cluster BRAC (Brasil, Argentina e Chile). Isso inclui solucionar problemas operacionais, gerenciar sistemas, gerar relatórios e coletar e transmitir informações.

- Conhecimento em Inglês nível intermediário ou avançado
- Conhecimento em Espanhol desejável
- Conhecimento em Excel, mínimo nível intermediário
- Conhecimento pacote office
