**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Answers telephone and routes calls promptly to appropriate destination according to company guidelines, Communicates effectively via telephone, electronic mail, and in person with all levels of BCG staff, clients, and guests. Takes accurate messages, obtaining callers name, time of call, and company name when appropriate and forwards message to the appropriate channels
- Greets visitors in a professional and courteous manner and notifies pertinent individual, attend to their needs
- Monitors all incoming and outgoing package and document material. Notifies appropriate staff of incoming materials.
- Maintains conference room bookings and scheduling information
- Issues cab/car vouchers
- Maintain general appearance of reception area
- Receive incoming packages for BCG and employees from a variety of couriers.
- Provide backup support for general office services functions as needed
- Coordinates travel arrangements with the travel department as required
- Oversee delivery and maintenance of flowers
- Catering:

- Centralize all food orders from outside caterers.
- Develop menus for internal meetings, receive and set-up meals in conference rooms.
- Investigate catering companies for quality food, prompt delivery, cost, variety, etc.
- Provide outstanding service. Look for feedback from staff on food quality.
- Coordinate room setup for lunches, dinners, meetings and events. Work closely with Building facilities staff to ensure proper multi-purpose room set-up on an ongoing basis.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
Additional tasks when needed:

- Provide back-up coverage in the areas of Reception, Mail (Courier), Ordering
- Facilitates gathering of in-out information from all administrative assistants
- Help other office departments occasionally : Marketing, Recruiting, EAs, HR

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 1-2 years’ related experience
- Fluent in English

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
