**Missão da área de Content Strategist**: Liderar o pensamento estratégico da empresa encantando os clientes com soluções criativas e estratégicas no uso de influenciadores digitais

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Realizar curadoria dos mais diversos segmentos de influenciadores para campanhas publicitárias, envolvendo desde micro influenciadores até grandes celebridades. A curadoria consiste em aspectos comportamentais dos influenciadores, imagem, audiência, conteúdo e também resultados;
- Realizar estudos para marcas envolvendo influenciadores;
- Desenvolver estratégias criativas envolvendo influenciadores para grandes marcas;
- Preparar apresentações e materiais de embasamento para defesas dos nomes extraídos da curadoria;
- Dar apoio a outros times, do ponto de vista de curadoria de nomes;
- Participar de reuniões e apresentações junto com o cliente;
- Trazer novidades para o time sobre as tendências do mercado de marketing de influência.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Ser heavy user das principais redes sociais (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube e TikTok);
- Se manter atualizado sobre o universo do marketing de influência, como lançamento de redes sociais, tendências do mercado, lançamento de features e comportamento do mercado;
- Consumir influenciadores de forma integral, desde o conteúdo até aspectos comportamentais;
- Ter pensamento estratégico e criativo para desenvolver soluções para grandes marcas envolvendo influenciadores;
- Experiência em planejamento em marketing de influência;
- Saber montar apresentações no Power Point ou Keynote;
- Conhecimento básico em Excel.
