**Job Description of BDM**

**Overview**

The **Business Development Representative** is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities. This role involves **researching and prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.** The Business Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base.

**Responsibilities**
- **Research and identify potential clients and target markets.**:

- **Qualify leads and assess their potential for sales opportunities.**:

- **Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and approaches for new business development.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to nurture long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.

**Salary**: R$5,000.00 - R$5,500.00 per month
