**Propósito do trabalho**

O Gerente Sênior Organizacional terá uma função multifacetada que incluirá estratégia, operações e gestão de RH, além de apoio ao desenvolvimento institucional da Vital Brazil.

Essa função apoiará o Diretor Executivo do escritório Brasil na implementação e no monitoramento dos planos estratégicos do escritório. O Gerente Sênior garantirá a conformidade da organização com os estatutos e a legislação relevantes e, com o apoio das equipes de operações globais e de recursos humanos, implementará as melhores práticas para reduzir os riscos.

Essa função gerenciará e orientará as equipes locais de Operações e Recursos Humanos, promovendo uma cultura de foco no cliente, responsabilidade, eficiência de uso de recursos e inovação. As áreas prioritárias de atuação incluem contratação, viagens, segurança, _facilities_, recrutamento, operações de RH, gerenciamento de talentos e desenvolvimento profissional.

O gerente sênior, como parte da equipe de liderança do escritório, dará suporte às atividades de desenvolvimento institucional (captação de recursos) e poderá representar a Vital Strategies em reuniões e eventos externos.

- The Senior Operating Manager will have a multi-faceted role that will include strategy, operations and HR management, and support to Vital Brazil institutional development. _
- This role will support the Country Director on the implementation and monitoring of the office’s strategic plans. The Senior Manager will ensure the organization's compliance with the relevant statutes and legislation and with support from global operations and human resources implement best practices to mitigate risks._
- This role will manage and guide the Operations & Human Resources teams fostering a culture of customer service, accountability, cost efficiency, and innovation. Areas of focus include contracting, travel, safety and security, facilities, recruitment, HR operations, talent management, and professional development. _
- The Senior Manager as part of the office leadership team will provide support to institutional development activities (fundraising) and will represent Vital Strategies in external meetings and events. _

**Deveres e responsabilidades**

**Planejamento estratégico e melhoria de sistemas (25%)**:

- Em colaboração com o diretor executivo, a equipe de liderança do escritório e o conselho consultivo, apoiar a organização e a condução do planejamento e do desenvolvimento das atividades do escritório no Brasil.
- Atuar como coordenador do processo de planejamento estratégico, incluindo preparação de reuniões, anotações de reuniões e elaboração de relatórios para implementação futura.
- Organizar o retiro anual do escritório, conforme solicitado
- Liderar ou supervisionar a execução de projetos e iniciativas estratégicas de Operações e Recursos Humanos.
- Estabelecer indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs) em colaboração com as equipes de RH e OPS para acompanhar o progresso das iniciativas estratégicas.
- Preparar relatórios de atualização e apresentações regulares para a liderança sênior, o conselho consultivo e as partes interessadas.
- Em parceria com o gerente financeiro sênior, recomendar a alocação e a priorização de recursos para apoiar as metas estratégicas operacionais.
- Identificar oportunidades e implementar melhorias no processo que reflitam as melhores práticas.
