Team Overview:
We are looking for a **Growth Operations Manager** to drive efficiency and scalability in our cash loan business. This role will focus on optimizing processes, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with marketing, CX, product and others teams to maximize outcomes. Experience in fintech (loan business is a nice to have) and a data-driven approach to decision-making are required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supporting team to achieve the strategy of growth operations and optimizing the growth operations process, including channels optimization end to end, understand the main gaps, define the channel mix and establish an agenda with co-related areas to ensure best growth performance.
- Establishing a bridge between operations and product/engineering team to fix possible problems and ensure best channel performance.
- Exploring new projects and new ways of communicate to continuously increase conversion rate and campaigns results and optimize CAC.
- Continuously communicating with the Regional Team and CN headquarter operation team to guarantee the best acquisition performance and map new opportunities for growth.
Role Qualifications:
- + 3,5 years past experience in growth operations before in fintech/financial enviroment, inside loan business is a nice to have.
- +1,5 years management experience.
- 3+ years of Growth Operations.
- Strong ability in project management, process optimization and other operational management.
- Strong sense of responsibility, executive ability, self-driven and quick learning ability.
- Strong communication skills, practical, patient and meticulous.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to make solid business decisions and evaluate performance based on data.
- Entrepreneurial, creative, hands-on mentality.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering, or a related field.
