Dentro de nossa equipe de Corporate Development (Mergers & Acquisitions - M&A e Venture Capital - VC) da América Latina, temos a oportunidade de desenvolver processos de investimento do começo ao fim e buscamos pessoas engajadas, com alta capacidade analítica e relacional para compor nosso time.

**Qualifications**:
**O que estamos buscando em você**
- Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia e áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prévia nas áreas de M&A e VC, planejamento financeiro, planejamento estratégico, inteligência de mercado, finanças corporativas, contabilidade e/ou áreas correlatas;
- Conhecimento em projeções financeiras e valuation, serão considerados um diferencial;
- Alta capacidade analítica e de relacionamento para gestão de frentes de trabalho diversas e complexas;
- Fluência em inglês para comunicação com setores globais da companhia;
- Fluência em espanhol é um diferencial.

**Como será o seu dia a dia?**
- Você atuará em nossa equipe de Corporate Development visando o mapeamento de empresas target que mercado que possam ser significativas e pertinentes para o desenvolvimento da companhia;
- Você será responsável pela construção dos processos de valuation e projeções financeiras;
- Pesquisa de mercado e criação de pipeline de empresas-alvode mercado;
- Geração de relatórios para gestão e priorização das transações;
- Execução dos processos de M&A e VC de ponta-a-ponta, incluindo processos de diligência e teses de investimento;
- Prepare-se para usar seu poder analítico Para garantir uma boa entrega dos projetos de M&A, você precisará usar sua alta capacidade analítica avaliando informações financeiras, estratégicas e de mercado;
- Além disso, você também será o responsável pela elaboração de todas as apresentações gerenciais da área para reporte local e global.
