**O que procuramos?**

**Atribuições principais**:
Orientar e capacitar os novos Gerentes de Operações/Projetos;
Gerenciar a capacidade de execução do tempo;
Garantir o alinhamento estratégico das operações/projetos ao programa da vertical;
Liderar múltiplos tempos de operações/projetos em todas as fases do ciclo de vida de execução (pré-venda, formação do tempo, onboarding e kick off, execução, encerramento);
Gerenciar planos de ações e orientar estratégia para recuperação de projetos/operações, realizando contato direto com o Cliente quando necessário;
Realizar reuniões executivas para alta direção e auxílio à tomada de decisão estratégica;
Gerenciar riscos e elaboração de planos de ação do programa da vertical;
Gerenciar o orçamento e resultado financeiro das operações/projetos e programa da vertical de negócios;
Promover boas práticas de gestão de produtos/serviços/projetos;
Propor otimização de processos e inovações;
Realizar as avaliações de desempenho e feedback dos GO/GP/líderes;
Promover engajamento, valores e cultura organizacional;
Garantir o alinhamento entre as diferentes áreas da empresa;
Mediar conflitos e disputas, garantindo sempre o melhor resultado para o cliente e negócio;
Orientar GOs/GPs a explorar e fomentar novas oportunidades de negócio dentro dos clientes, alinhando os objetivos e estratégia do cliente, focando na criação de valor para ambas as partes;
Garantir que o portfólio atual esteja alinhado ao mercado conforme as necessidades dos clientes, propondo revisões e novos produtos/serviços.

**Requisitos**:

- Gestão em grandes projetos, programa e operações de AMS;
- Metodologias: SAP Activate, ASAP, Ágil, ITIL;
- Inglês avançado/fluente.

**Localidade da posição: Híbrido em Curitiba/PR**
