- Own all process mapping strategies for our RR team;
- Design and execute highly complex projects;
- Give visibility on project execution to all key stakeholders and guarantee excellent levels of execution;
- Understand critical issues through accurate and focalized data analysis;
- Prepare multiple meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to support key projects and initiatives;
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) working directly with the regional team in order to localize the solutions being brought from other markets;
- Track and improve core metrics associated to each Return and Refunds process such as win rate, % automation, budget attainment, % re-raise through effective process management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree completed;
- Advanced English;
- Spanish is a Plus.
