At Opinno, a strategy and innovation consultancy, our **specialized** Healthcare Division focuses on driving patient-centered innovation. We work closely with key players in the healthcare ecosystem to design and prototype impactful new products and services. For over 5 years, we have been leading open innovation and digital health service design projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

Our areas of expertise include developing strategic approaches and new go-to-market models in digital health, implementing omnichannel strategies across organizations, and building innovation ecosystems to accelerate digital transformation.

Opinno Healthcare collaborates with pharmaceutical companies, insurance firms, and other critical stakeholders, employing a lean methodology (build, measure, learn) that integrates our core areas: Business Strategy and Architecture, Technology Solutions, and Open Innovation.

We are looking for a **SENIOR** **HEALTHCARE** CONSULTANT with a passion for innovation, transformation and the entrepreneurial ecosystem to join us as a Consultant, based in Spain with a flexible and hybrid working model.

**What you'll do in a nutshell**
- Identification of key information about the functioning of the country's health system, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate, lead and manage strategy & meetings with the team & pharmaceutical company's team with a broad cross-functional vision to manage and interact with customers.
- Support in defining the strategic lines of the innovation and digital health portfolio.
- Engage in direct dialogue with clients (large pharmaceutical companies) to define project action plans aligned with business needs.
- Open Innovation: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical companies, digital health start-ups, and other stakeholders to propose creative solutions to the industry's main challenges.
- Support and collection of insights during workshops and meetings with industry teams and healthcare professionals.
- Analyze results to support our clients in decision-making and defining the innovation roadmap.
- Analyze different go-to-market strategies for the deployment of digital health and other innovative solutions.
- Assist in gathering requirements and preparing commercial proposals.
- Work on the information gathered during the project for the generation of insights reports aligned with the cross-cutting strategy and vision.
- Collect primary and secondary data using market intelligence methodologies, tools, and information sources.
- Prepare deliverables and analytical reports on the state of the art in our areas of interest.

**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor's degree in business or related fields. Engineering, Biotechnology, or Chemistry are also accepted bachelor's degrees.
- Advanced level of English (C2, bilingual or native) and Spanish.
- Highly desirable to have knowledge of the internal operations and structure of pharmaceutical companies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy, management or innovation consulting.
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector, pharmaceutical industry, and/or clinical practice.
- Desirable experience in managing projects related to: commercial excellence, forecasting, product launches, market access, due diligence, strategy portfolios.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365. office package (word, power point, excel, SharePoint, etc.).
- Deep understanding of innovation processes and experience in innovation delivery and business transformation programs across units.
- Experience with innovation methodologies (design thinking and agile) and workshop facilitation.
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs and expectations (client-oriented).
- An innovative and collaborative approach to problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and determined, with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent ability to work as part of a team in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments.
