Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze and interpret CRM data to identify trends and patterns;
- Prepare reports and presentations with valuable insights for the leadership team;
- Develop and implement workflows in order to improve CRM processes;
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution;
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns;
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in CRM analytics

Role Qualifications:

- Experience in data analysis, preferably in CRM;
- Intermediate knowledge of English;
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python or R; Experience with data analysis on large datasets.
