**Descrição**:

- Gerenciar Projetos de Transformação Digital definindo conceitos e processos de ponta a ponta para otimizar a experiência do cliente com novas soluções.
- Como responsável pelo(s) projeto(s) atribuído(s), a principal tarefa é garantir sua entrega bem-sucedida coordenando partes interessadas e atividades planejadas.
- Análise das jornadas do cliente e dos processos internos, bem como identificação de pontos problemáticos para derivar opções de melhoria da experiência do cliente.
- Documentação estruturada das ações de melhoria.
- Definição de conceitos comerciais alinhados para melhorar a experiência do cliente.
- Desenvolvimento de processos comerciais globais eficazes e eficientes com base nas necessidades do cliente.
- Cálculo de casos de benefícios e planos de negócios, incluindo análise de cenários.
- Organizar e orientar os lançamentos por país e desenvolver prontidão operacional em colaboração com as áreas.
- Derivação de requisitos comerciais priorizados em estreita colaboração com gerentes seniores, partes interessadas do projeto e proprietários de produtos de nossas aplicações voltadas para o cliente.
- Colaborar intimamente com nossos gerentes de mudança, gerentes de transformação digital e proprietários de produtos durante a preparação e implementação de projetos de digitalização.
- Apoiar o escritório de Gerenciamento de Mudanças com administração de treinamentos e comunicações.

**Perfil desejável**:

- Vivência sólida com gestão de projetos.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de relacionamento com o cliente.
- Conhecimento em conceitos do PMI.
- Experiência atuando em projetos de change management.
- Irá atuar de forma independente em projetos globais.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de customer relationship management.
- Perfil comportamental: Perfil com boa postura profissional, comunicação estruturada, adaptável, hands on e com autonomia.
- Inglês avançado/fluente.
- Espanhol será considerado um diferencial.
- Trabalho híbrido em Sorocaba-SP.
