Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- As part of Sales Operations team, the Sr Specialist Sales Operation role is responsible for implements best[1]in-class and future oriented tools, processes, policies, and guidance to enable the Sales organization to achieve operational excellence and commercial success. The holder of this position is an ambassador for:
- Maximize KPIs performance of the Top accounts to support the Sales organization in achieving profitable and sustainable market share growth with maximum efficiency.
- An optimum sell in planning based on historical sell out data
- A perfect product distribution per store
- Generate relevant insights to take on-season decisions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the Key Account Management team with reliable sell out and market data in order to support business decisions.
- Assure a correct planning of the presale and product distribution to guarantee a correct assortment for each Point of Sale to maximize sell out performance.
- Provide our top accounts with sell out analysis that allows a better decision-making process and sustainable growth with our brands.
- Guarantee, in alignment with the key account and trade marketing management, optimum monitoring and performance of brands managed spaces within our top accounts.
- Plan and execute the necessary projects to achieve the objectives of the adidas strategy in the key accounts.

- Key Relationships:
- Sales, Marketing, local & global IT, Market Sales Development & Digital Wholesale Solutions, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Franchise and Finance.
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Communication skills; written, oral and presentation.
- Ability to build relationships, both internal and external
- Project management skills
- Deep insight into sales and customer service processes
- Affinity to digital tools and e-processes
- IT skills including Microsoft, SAP, Power BI, Ui Path, activation and Salesforce.
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Independent, proactive thinker
- Technically driven.
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree
- Minimum 1 year within a commercially driven organization, preferably with Operations, Sales operation, customer service or marketing experience within adidas.
- Cross-functional experience ideally with Customer Service/ Operations/ IT/ Sales/ Finance is appreciated.
- Previous experience within an IT/service environment is an advantage.
- Previous industry experience including sporting goods & fashion is appreciated.
