**What will I be doing?**:
- Design and collaborate in the implementation of new processes that optimize processing operations, in close collaboration with the team in charge.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and propose innovative solutions to increase efficiency and quality.
- Promote collaboration with other areas, such as internal audit and the payout controller, to develop integrated processes aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Supervise the correct execution of the new processes, ensuring their adoption and proper monitoring.
- In charge of the operation in 1 or more countries of the region for the execution of payments, which it implies understanding the operation to ensure the correct processing.
- Build a relationship with different providers (banks, payment processors) to ensure the efficiency of payment systems.
- Carry out a proactive analysis of transactional flows to detect risk problems and implement improvements.
- Reconcile and control the entire transactional flow of daily processing.
- Support the release of new solutions in the country by performing flow tests.
**What skills do I need?**:
- Experience in leadership and team management, with skills to motivate, guide and train team members.
- Experience in Payments in LATAM
- Experience in the field of payment processors, financial services or working with banks.
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of BI tools for data analysis.
- Analytical, systematic and organized skills.
- Advanced English
