A área de Project Operations em Araucária tem esta oportunidade para atuar no gerenciamento e execução de projetos service.
Suas principais tarefas e responsabilidades incluem:
- Gestão da Equipe de Projetos de SERVICES
- Liderar grupos de trabalho na Área de Projetos no que se refere a escopo, custo, prazo e performance.
- Prestar suporte aos seus Gerentes de Projetos nas atividades de especificações técnicas e padrões do cliente, realizando "follow up" e fazendo a coordenação da interface com engenharia, suprimentos e obras.
- Manter contatos com o cliente final, fornecedores e cedentes de tecnologia de acordo com as atribuições delegadas pelo Diretor do Projetos.
- Prestar suporte aos Gerentes de Projetos na fase de montagem, mantendo contato com a obra e auxiliando na solução de problemas, bem como garantindo a comunicação adequada entre o site e o escritório, levantando informações necessárias a assegurar a conclusão dos eventos de pagamento e as metas do gerenciamento.
- Elaborar ou delegar as especificações técnicas para compra de elementos mecânicos e serviços, pesquisando normas e padrões aplicáveis, visando satisfazer os requisitos dos projetos.
- Analisar técnicamente as propostas e a documentação técnica dos fornecedores, comparando com os parâmetros estabelecidos pela Valmet para atendimento técnico do escopo.
- Apoiar seus gerentes de projeto técnicamente no diligenciamento na fabricação de elementos mecânicos na Valmet ou em sub-fornecedores, promovendo esclarecimentos técnicos.
- Gestão das atividades de planejamento de projetos, englobando cronogramas, EAP - Estrutura Analítica do Projeto, progresso físico e relatórios mensais.
- Prestar suporte as reuniões de grupos de projetos para "follow up" de cronograma do projeto.
- Atuar no gerenciamento da obra, realizando coordenação técnica em serviços de montagem, se relacionando com fornecedores, clientes e supervisores dos cedentes de tecnologias.
Para ter sucesso nesta posição é importante:
- Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica (preferencialmente).
- Vasta experiência na área de atuação e preferencialmente experiência de gerenciamento de projetos Capital
- Conhecimento na área de automação industrial.
- Experiência em manutenção industrial, gerenciamento de projetos e gestão de equipes.
- Inglês fluente para troca de informações e participação em reuniões.
- Iniciativa e proatividade para a execução das atividades, organização e acompanhamento dos processos de forma a garantir o fechamento dos mesmos, atenção a detalhes, energia no trabalho, trabalho em equipe, visão sistêmica e ótimo relacionamento interpessoal são características importantes para esta posição.
- Liderança participativa e pro ativa.
- Facilidade em formação de equipe/time de trabalho.
- Esta posição também requer maturidade e habilidade para discussões assertivas para exposição e sustentação de dados técnicos.
- Disponibilidade para viagens para atender os projetos.
