**What can you expect from your day with us?**
- Perform critical analysis, conducting and supporting process improvement projects with focus on Customer Care in order to ensure operational excellence, cost reduction and fundamental problem solving based on deep knowledge of the respective methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking
- Develop customer journey maps, building and analyzing data from the beginning to the solutions, with prototypes for the development and testing of these solutions
- Ensuring that customer requirements and project objectives are met by monitoring project progress and taking corrective actions whenever necessary. Ensuring that deadlines and costs are being kept within the planned budget, mitigate risks linked to project implementation and execution.
- Personal skills such as leadership, persistence, determination and ability to deal with continuous changes, coordinate people and resources according to established plans.
- Formalize the acceptance of project phases or sprints products and manage the communication with all hierarchical levels
- Plan, define, guide, monitor the projects by respecting the quality criteria and that they conform to the established standards, lead project meetings, support other professionals for project execution in the company.

**What do you need to know?**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (green belt, black belt)
- Used to work in a multicultural environment and global teams
