O papel do Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Lead exige um profissional experiente com um forte background em marketing/criativo. Este indivíduo liderará iniciativas dentro de nossa equipe de Marca de Empregador em Expansão e Marketing de Recrutamento, introduzindo estratégias inovadoras dentro do nosso domínio de Marketing EBR. Divergindo das práticas de marketing convencionais, o foco não será na promoção do produto, mas sim em mostrar o valor intrínseco de se juntar à nossa estimada organização, Haleon. O principal objetivo é atrair talentos de alto nível alinhados com nossa cultura organizacional e missão.
Responsabilidades Principais:
- Marketing de nossa marca de empregador nos mercados da América para construir a conscientização da marca.
- Gerenciar páginas de destino de carreira no mercado local.
- Gerenciar e construir a reputação do empregador nos mercados da América.
- Criação e curadoria de conteúdo. - Determinar canais para recrutar.
- Construir uma rede de talentos/comunidades de talentos alinhadas com a demanda. - Gerenciar ativos e materiais para eventos de recrutamento.
- Amplificar embaixadores de funcionários.
- Rastrear, medir e relatar os resultados das campanhas.
- Gerenciar mensagens e entregáveis de marketing de recrutamento no mercado.
- Parceria com Aquisição de Talentos para apoiar as necessidades de atração de contratação.

- Experiência em plataformas de mídia social, site de carreira e SEO. - Habilidades interpessoais e de comunicação excelentes, com capacidade de influenciar e construir relacionamentos com partes interessadas em todos os níveis. - Mentalidade analítica com proficiência em análise de dados e relatórios usando o Google Analytics, entendimento de tecnologia de recrutamento especificamente ATS. - Forte acumen de negócios e entendimento das tendências do setor, Insight de Talentos. - Capacidade demonstrada de gerenciar múltiplas prioridades, trabalhar sob pressão e entregar resultados em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado.

The role of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Lead requires a seasoned professional with a strong marketing/creative background. This individual will spearhead initiatives within our expanding Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing team, introducing innovative strategies within our EBR Marketing domain. Diverging from conventional marketing practices, the focus will not be on product promotion, but rather on showcasing the intrinsic value of joining our esteemed organization, Haleon. The primary objective is to attract top-tier talent aligned with our organizational culture and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Market our employer brand across America’s markets to build brand awareness.
- Manage local market career landing pages.
- Managing and building the employer reputation in America’s markets
- Creating and curating content
- Determining channels to recruit
- Driving qualified applicants to open jobs.
- Building a talent network / talent communities aligned with demand.
- Managing assets and collateral for recruiting events
- Amplifying employee ambassadors
- Generating employee referrals
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign results.
- Managing recruitment marketing messaging and deliverables in market.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition to support hiring attraction needs.
