NIKE, Inc. exists to innovate for athletes. Nike Sports Marketing professionals provide the vital linkage between the company and Nike-sponsored athletes, clubs and federations worldwide. Sports Marketing employees partner with premier athletes to collect insights about existing and future products, gather inspirational stories about sport and nurture long-term relationships between the athletes and the company. The team develops and executes sports marketing strategies, obtains endorsements and licensing agreements and serves as Nike ambassadors to the sports community worldwide. Their relationships build the foundation of Nike's product creation: Nike creates exceptional products because its employees listen to exceptional athletes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Key responsibility is to serve the Brazilian Senior National Team and all Contracted Football Players in the most professional and premium way, through the support of key products, services and innovation, and the execution of campaigns designed by our brand team.
- Seek, Sign and Serve the best football athletes in Brazil and around the world who might have a spot in the National team:

- Seek: watch matches and training sessions, scout athletes, exchange information, develop a network with coaches, scouts, managers, agents and influencers in the football business to make the right choices for Nike in accordance to our global strategies, local budget, brand opportunities, and alignment with the business;
- Sign: negotiate the best possible deal for Nike and sign endorsement contracts with the selected footballers.
- Serve: provide an excellent level of service to all contracted and non-contracted athletes that have a relationship with the brand. Support with products, information, strong and personal relationship.
- Serve the business: manage business requests to leverage Sports Marketing assets; athletes, CBF & other partners. Ensure and support requests for a successful execution looking after the interests of our assets & the business.
- Hold weekly calls and meetings around the Athletes strategies, key signings, renewals, negotiations, and others.
- Be responsible for the service of all Contracted Athletes in Brazil and abroad, delegating tasks to members of the functional team. Develop & maintain a strong relationship with contracted athletes.
- Be responsible for budget around the contracted athletes, negotiate deals within the financial strains and category strategies, support the other members of the functional team to close athletes deals within these parameters, all in accordance with the Sports Marketing Director; Support the Sports Marketing Operations teams and Finance teams to provide the most accurate information around products and payments for our contracted Federations, Clubs and Athletes;
- Lead and/or Support:

- the entire process around products for CBF in all levels, Youth, Senior, Male and Female: Global Briefing, Design Approvals, Samples Approvals, Forecast and Purchase at the right gates and dates, Delivery, Implementation on-pitch.
- the management of our outside Football Consultants and the work they do regarding Seeking, Signing and Serving the football athletes in Brazil.
- the integration with the Brand team regarding appearances from contracted athletes in events, shootings, or appearances.
- Participate actively on meetings with other teams within Nike or the local distributor to guarantee a Sports Marketing voice and position in partnership with the key areas of the business: Brand, Sales, Legal, Inbound and Logistics, Communications and PR; Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services;
- Is accountable for the performance and results of the functional team; Anticipates consumer needs, assesses requirements, and identifies new solutions.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You'll be the Football Sports Marketing Manager for the Nike Brazil office and report to the Sports Marketing Director-CaSA.
- On the daily you will be Building and developing relationships with key CBF and Football Market stakeholders: coaches, football directors, managers, marketing team and related staff, kitmen, scouts, and others who interact with Nike daily.
