Nosso cliente, uma agência de Marketing Digital procura por profissional de Atendimento, que será o elo entre o cliente e todas as áreas da agência, sendo responsável pelo relacionamento, briefing e acompanhamento de prazos de entrega.
Suas funções incluem determinar prioridades em campanhas, participar de reuniões internas e com o cliente, realizar o relacionamento com o cliente para entender as demandas, vender ideias e fazer a ponte com a agência, além de documentar processos, elaborar briefings e pautas de reuniões.
- Responsável pelo relacionamento com o cliente, Briefing e acompanhamento de prazos de entrega.
- Ajuda a determinar prioridades em uma campanha.
- Participa de reuniões internas e com o cliente.
- Faz muito relacionamento com o cliente para entender as demandas,
vender as ideias e fazer a ponte com a agência.
- Documenta os processos, como ata de uma reunião, para registrar tudo
- que ficou combinado.
- E também faz o briefing para as equipes como parte dessa
documentação.
- Elabora também as pautas das reuniões.
- Experiência comprovada como Atendimento B2B
- Excelente habilidade escrita
- Proficiente em MS Office, Trello e Click up
- Conhecimento de gestão e de processos de Marketing Digital
- Notáveis habilidades de comunicação e negociação (prazos/entregas e demandas)
- Integridade e confidencialidade
- Formação em Marketing, Administração, Comunicação e/ou Propaganda e Publicidade
- Boa postura e facilidade em comunicação oral e escrita.
- Habilidade de planejamento, organização e otimização de processos são fundamentais.
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal
- Habilidade na gestão de informações e de documentos.
- Fluência em Inglês é imprescindível
