Media Specialist, Offline

As a Media Specialist, Offline, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with investment, strategy and insight leads, production & creative teams to develop optimal offline media strategies tailored to each title or project. Your responsibilities will include creating and planning offline media strategies across various vehicles, partners and placements, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and tactical plan, and overseeing accurate and timely execution. You will organize meida proposals, and ensure activation meets client requirements, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) in offline media campaigns. Drawing on your understanding of audience demographic profiles, you will actively contribute to campaign development and future optimizations. Additionally, you will work closely with the producers to ensure proper media placement and maintain partner relationships with the support and oversight of the Media Lead, Offline and Assoc, Director Media, Offline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Associate Ditrector, Offline and full offline media team to contribute to the development of optimal strategies tailored to each title or project.
- Execute the tactical aspects of offline campaigns and manage teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign launch and execution.
- Plan and implement offline media strategies across various channels, aligning them with the overall strategy and tactical plan.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of these strategies.
- Maintain vendor & partner relationships, and source new relationships Collect & organize proof of placement Support high-level optimizations and strategies to improve the impact of offline campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team on reporting, insights organization, and client communication in alignment with strategy and other media leads.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in offline media.
- Familiarity of local Brazilian market and regional considerations Strong expertise in various offline media placement, including print, television, radio, out-of-home, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop offline media strategies tailored to specific titles or projects.
- Proficiency in creating and planning offline media strategies across various channels, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to organize tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to optimize offline media campaigns.
- Proven track record in managing optimizations and strategies to improve the impact of offline campaigns.
