About the Role

SDI Media is seeking an experienced and skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our network, storage, and server systems in a fast-paced corporate production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware-related desktop and laptop issues
  • Provide technical support for network and server systems
  • Develop and implement technology projects to improve infrastructure efficiency
  • Document configurations and perform change management procedures
  • Collaborate with IT management to identify and address current and future computing needs
  • Support content protection efforts and ensure data security
  • Be available for on-call support and work flexible hours as needed

  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese
