**Physical Security Advisor/ Manager**

**Responsibilities**
- Works towards the completion of routine or administrative tasks, including the protection of personnel, data, hardware, networks and programs against physical circumstances and events that may cause significant losses to the organization.
- Contributes to asset protection efforts against natural incidents, fire, natural disasters, theft, burglary, vandalism, and terrorism.
- Has project responsibility. Aids to overall risk reduction and impact through analysis of audit requirements, incident reports and industry standards.
- Assists in the management of corporate security systems and of private/contracted security personnel, vendors, and security programs.
- Assists in the compliance with security procedures and reviews risks meeting stipulated standards, codes, and regulations.
- Has input into procedural processes and outcomes.
- Knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of physical security to achieve necessary outcomes and results.
- Demonstrates ability to analyze business models to required effort providing an analysis of return on investment and market and competitive comparisons.
- Demonstrates ability to determine decision criteria within masses of inputs and document requirements clearly and concisely.

**Experience - Professional Requirements**
- Equivalent combination of educational background, experience in the security field and/or military experience
- College degree in relevant discipline
- Experience in corporate security and/or security companies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Office 365 environment, CCTV and ACS management tools
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus.
