Employee and Digital Service Experience (ED&SE) is a best-in-class, global Human Resources operations organization of approximately 650 people, that services the J.P. Morgan's global population, currently totaling over 260,000 employees worldwide, in 60 countries. ED&SE provides vital services in the area of contact center, payroll, and benefits administration, global data management, On/Off boarding employees, Workforce Analytics and Surveys, and Human Resources Risk Management. Its efforts are focused on supporting the firm to achieve its strategic priorities by leveraging core principles that define the group's culture and provide the basis for planning and decision-making in all areas: Superior Employee Experience, Operational Excellence, Efficient Global Coverage and Commitment to our People.

As part of the Employee and Digital Service Experience (ED&SE) Team, you will be delivering Human Resources operations for Brazil. The teams ensure that Human Resources processes are fully standardized and optimized, in compliance with local regulatory requirements.

The Employee and Digital Service Experience, Associate will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the delivery of Human Resources Operations in location. You will ensure that the services delivered meet the needs for each location in an efficient, controlled, and cost effective manner.
**Job Responsabilities**
- Join local Employee and Digital Service Experience (ED&SE) team to ensure the delivery of Human Resources services such as payroll processing, social insurance administration, on/off boarding, retirement calculation, pension administration, time and attendance administration.
- Initiate projects to drive improvement of the Human Resources business environment in Brazil.
- Oversight and control of expatriates process in Payroll and report to global teams
- Manage people in the team.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR/Payroll systems and reporting tools
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices, related labor laws and regulations
- Established organizational skills, flexibility and a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience in process improvement, especially in ensuring quality, control and compliance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Verbal and written English proficiency
- Availability for working on JPMC São Paulo office premisses

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with SAP
- Familiarity with automation sollutions, such as Alteryx, UiPath and Tableau
