**Job Description**:
**Job Summary**:
Performs administrative functions associated with supporting the manufacturing process including: Manufacturing documentation support, Materials administration and Manufacturing process support. Support the Application Engineers, Technicians, and Product Support personnel who request SAP Materials and BOM creation and PO management for an order. Maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Maintains information on computer systems. Interfaces with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Application Engineers and Manufacturing Partners.

**Activities/Main Responsibilities**:

- Support to suppliers related to part drawings, reading drawings and need for rework from ECN/ECO.
- Interpret electrical and mechanical design drawings, read bills of materials and other design documents provided by the Application Engineering departments.
- Interpret and process OCNs (Order Change Notes) generated by Application Engineering departments, making changes to work orders (adding or subtracting parts, issuing material requisitions to the Warehouse and correcting project drawings).
- Send drawings in various formats to suppliers according to pre-established requests.
- Perform the “Bom Scrub” process by checking the status of materials and structures, changing them according to the needs of each project, inserting production routings pre-defined by manufacturing engineering.
- Executes item master notes, material bills, production routings (Winshuttle).
- May perform administrative tasks associated with PO management.

**Requirements/Educational Background**
- High School complete.
- Training course in the areas of mechanics and electrical.
- Technical course in the areas of mechanics and electrics / Higher education (desirable).
- Ability to read and write in English (intermediary).

**Experience**
- Minimum of 4 years (desirable).

Executa funções administrativas associadas ao suporte ao processo de manufatura, incluindo: Suporte à documentação de manufatura, Administração de materiais e Suporte ao processo de manufatura. Suporte aos engenheiros de aplicação, técnicos e pessoal de suporte ao produto que solicitam materiais SAP e criação de BOM e o gerenciamento de PO para um pedido. Mantém métodos, sequência de operação e processos na manufatura ou fabricação de peças, componentes, subconjuntos e montagens finais. Mantém informações em sistemas. Interfaces com Engenharia de Manufatura, Engenharia de Design, Engenheiros de Aplicação e Parceiros de Manufatura.

**Atividades/Principais Responsabilidades**:

- Suporte a fornecedores relacionados a desenhos de peças, leitura de desenhos e necessidade de retrabalho da ECN/ECO.
- Interpreta desenhos de projetos elétricos e mecânicos, lê listas de materiais e outros documentos de projeto fornecidos pelos departamentos de Engenharia de Aplicação.
- Interpreta e processa OCNs (Order Change Notes) gerados pelos departamentos de Engenharia de Aplicação, fazendo alterações em ordens de serviço (adicionando ou subtraindo peças, emitindo requisições de material para o Almoxarifado e corrigindo desenhos de projetos).
- Envia desenhos em diversos formatos aos fornecedores de acordo com solicitações pré-estabelecidas.
- Executa o processo de devolução de materiais, realizando todos os processos sistêmicos dentro do SAP, verificando a elegibilidade do item, e em conjunto com a Engenharia de Aplicação, se haverá consumo em projetos futuros.
- Realiza o processamento “Bom Scrub”, verificando o estado dos materiais e estruturas, alterando-os de acordo com as necessidades de cada projeto, inserindo roteiros de produção pré-definidos pela engenharia de fabricação.
- Executa notas mestras de itens, contas de materiais, roteiros de produção (Winshuttle).
- Pode executar tarefas administrativas associadas ao gerenciamento de ordens de compra.

**Requisitos/Formação Educional**
- Ensino médio completo.
- Curso de formação nas áreas de mecânica e elétrica.
- Curso técnico nas áreas de mecânica e elétrica/Ensino superior (desejável).
