- Under the direct supervision of the GMCP Programme Coordinator in Colombo, the consultant will implement the tasks mentioned below -Prior to the delivery of the final report, the consultant must provide the following: oA1 - template of the report (within the first 3 days of the assignment) oA2 - a draft report (5 days before the final report) oA3 - a final report -Comparative legal review of national legislation in the Eastern Indian Ocean region supported, and concrete recommendations to explore potential regional instruments identified.
