**Job Description**:

- Coordinates, communicates and documents all research study information, deadlines and changes, whilst managing timelines
- Creates high quality questionnaires based on key questions and background from the client and commercial teams
- Acts as a single point of contact for all commercial and Ops team members for project related questions and execution
- Partners with other Ops members/Product Optimization Practice to develop standard processes:

- Works with vendors directly for CLT tests to ensure they are trained on the interview specifications and product handling guidelines
- Visits CLT locations in person on first day of field and/or run pilots with vendors (optional/as needed)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree: Economics, Data Science or related
- At least 1 year Project Management or equivalent experience
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Client consulting skills
- Project management skills
- Creativity
- Strong Problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate to attain alignment across teams
- Leadership skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and sheets
