We are searching the best talent for **Global Services Total Rewards Lead Analyst, Benefit Operations Latin America South (LAS) to **be located in** Bogota, Colombia, São Jose, Brazil or São Paulo, Brazil.**
**You will be responsible for**:
- Support managing and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly administration and document processes of the Company’s outsourced Health and Welfare service administrators across LAS region and Brazil
- Supervise work of health plan carrier onsite implants for LAS
- Research and review any potential service delivery issues or concerns with internal and external business partners
- Lead quality and continuous improvement benefit operations initiatives for the LATAM region
- Provide training and education to the Total Rewards Benefits LATAM team on service delivery and process improvement
- Collaborate with the business partners responsible for LAS health and welfare programs and services to ensure that associated processes are managed and delivered per policies, program requirements and contract terms and handle complex and/or confidential inquiries and assume ownership of issues
- Manage the development, review and update of policies and program documentation (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Desktop Procedures, Process Flows, etc.), to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of policies, plans, programs and processes
- Support major projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring related to benefits programs/processes
- Conduct audits of services across the region to maintain compliance with contracts and/or services agreements

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Post graduate degree preferred
- Business level of Portuguese, Spanish and English required
- 6-8 years of relevant experience working in a Compensation, Benefits and/or HR/Business Operations capacity with strong analytical focus is required. Experience in managing the benefit operation for Brazil is a plus
- 2 years of experience supporting the management of large, complex outsourcing relationships required
- Strong project management skills with experience in supporting the execution of large-scale projects required
- Excellent research and quantitative business skills are required
- Proven experience at a complex, matrixed environment is helpful as majority of clients will not be located onsite
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, SalesForce, database and HRIS systems and reporting tools is preferred
- This position may require up to 10% travel
