The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for the relationship with top retail accounts to drive intel preference, accelerate product transitions and sales of Intel products.
- Develop, negotiate, and execute strategic account plans with top retail accounts to support key initiatives and drive Intel based PCs sales. Influences and develops partner programs to drive product placement and higher market share.
- Manage investment budget to drive greatest return on investment.
- Work with the retail marketing manager to execute strategic marketing plans to support the business objectives.
- Influences the ecosystem and OEMs to understand all aspects of sell in proposals and joint opportunities.
- Collaborates with the sales team, product groups and other key internal stakeholders to win the assorts with the retailer and develop and execute retailer expansion programs
- High level engagement with all levels of retail account.

**Note: This is a commissioned sales position.**
- Experience working under pressure, with multiple projects, customers and end user segments at a time
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills, data driven decision making and proficiency with Excel spreadsheet software.
- Good Negotiation, excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Enthusiast, can do attitude, disciplined and results oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications:

- Fluent bilingual (English and Portuguese).
- 3+ year of sales and marketing experience in IT industry with proven account management experience and with track record of achieving sales and marketing goals.
- Brazil consumer/retail market knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior retail account management experience.
- Familiar with current consumer pc platform offerings and OEM dynamics.
- Intel product knowledge.
