IT Commodity Risk Management Support Analyst

Um amplo espectro de aplicações é empregado por nossos traders, analistas de risco e equipes de mid/back office - uma combinação de software e modelos de dados de terceiros e personalizados; nossas equipes fornecem suporte a esses aplicativos das seguintes maneiras:

- Solicitações e tickets diários (correções de falhas, alterações de configuração, etc.) - interação direta com clientes empresariais para solução de problemas e assistência conforme necessário
- Patches para aplicativos de fornecedores e infraestrutura associada ( por exemplo, implantar novas versões de software, gerenciar infraestrutura local e em nuvem, interagir com fornecedores, etc.)
- Aprimoramentos em aplicativos ou componentes personalizados com base em novos requisitos de negócios - nossos analistas interagem diretamente com clientes empresariais e arquitetos e participam de todo o fluxo de trabalho: coleta de requisitos, design de soluções, construção de soluções, testes, implementação
- Desenvolvimento ou implementação de novos aplicativos exigidos pelo crescimento estratégico do negócio - por exemplo, seleção e implementação de aplicativos de terceiros para um novo cenário de negócios, design e construção de novos sistemas ou componentes necessários para novos capacidades de negócios

A equipe apoia atividades de gerenciamento de risco críticas e urgentes que constituem a "licença para operar" de nosso negócio de comércio de commodities gerador de receita. Requer profissionais dedicados e focados no cliente, que assumam a responsabilidade pelos problemas e conduzam a sua resolução através das suas próprias competências, bem como de redes e equipas associadas.
- Inglês fluente (escrito/falado) dada a natureza global da equipe e da base de clientes
- Familiaridade com os processos de negócios de negociação de commodities e gerenciamento de riscos é um grande diferencial (captura de transações/transações, derivativos financeiros e hedge, gerenciamento de posições, gerenciamento de estoques precificados, Relatórios de riscos, medição de margem comercial/criação de valor, relatórios de exposição, agendamento, liquidação, etc.)
- Fortes habilidades de comunicação (escrita e verbal)
- Fortes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas
- Experiência em trabalhar em equipes ágeis é apreciada

**Conhecimento técnico/requisitos de habilidades**:A equipe possui um amplo conjunto de habilidades para cobrir as diversas aplicações e tecnologias utilizadas. Espera-se que os analistas tenham conhecimento em pelo menos uma destas áreas e estejam dispostos a aprender as outras até certo ponto:

- SAP ou outro sistema ERP (por exemplo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Sistemas de análise de dados, como SAP HANA ou floco de neve
- Sistemas C/ETRM como Allegro Horizon, Endur/Openlink, RightAngle, Triple Point, etc.

**Aqui está o conhecimento típico associado às áreas acima**:

- Conhecimento/experiência profissional de 1 a 4 anos como analista funcional para um sistema ERP, numa área/módulo associado aos processos Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Logística (ex. módulos MM/SD SAP); capacidade de realizar configuração e solução de problemas de funcionalidades associadas; familiaridade com fluxos de documentos e dados mestres associados
- Conhecimento/experiência profissional de 1 a 4 anos como analista funcional ou consultor para um sistema E/CTRM como Allegro Horizon, Endur/Openlink, RightAngle, Triple Point, etc.
- Capacidade de leitura e depurar código para fins de solução de problemas (não desenvolvimento) - linguagens como ABAP, C#, HTML
- Capacidade de escrever e interpretar consultas SQL complexas para fins de solução de problemas e análise, envolvendo múltiplas tabelas e condições de junção complexas
- Experiência com gerenciamento de mudanças e gerenciamento de versões em desenvolvimento de software
- Conhecimento básico de integração com outros sistemas - ex. interfaces usando IDoc's, XML's, flat files, API's, sistemas de middleware como webMethods, Mulesoft, etc.
- Conhecimento básico de conceitos de computação em nuvem e plataformas de nuvem como Azure, AWS, etc..
