System Issue Analyst

**Job Summary**:
As our new System Issue Analyst, you will be responsible to analyse incoming technical issues related to our customers. You will lead the compensation to customer and analysis to enable fact-based communication and decision making on many different levels.

**What you will do**:

- Analyse the problem, analysis of root cause and involve responsible organizations.
- Analyse customer claims, provide compensation, forward to root cause owner according to claim policy.
- Validate information provided by customers on their claims and issues to confirm contract terms are being complied with.
- Analyse data and create statistics and reports on issues and claims to support business decision.
- Ensure data quality and share update on root cause and corrective actions taken.
- Support and coach the organization on process and tool utilization.
- Communicate on daily basis with our customers and collaborate internally to find solutions.
- Report all technical issues and claims in full and analysis reported on time in full

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor Degree (Administration, with Engineering background)
- 1 year of experience of quality analysis, packaging material knowledge, data collection, and reporting
- Strong focus on quality, and you are structured and precise.
- Ability to demonstrate customer focus and strive for customer satisfaction.
- Analytical skills and are a well-organized person who enjoy problem solving/troubleshooting.
- Technical interest and ability to go to the depth on issues. At the same you can think in a broader perspective with overview how things are connected.
- Strong communication skills and collaborate easily with others across boundaries. It is important that you are comfortable to work on your own in an independent way.
- Will to be a part of an international team.
- Experience working with SAP and QuTIP
- Knowledge or at least you are familiar to Power BI
