HR Business Partner Specialist

**About the Team**:
- Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management team in designated business units. Also, to work closely with business units to enhance team performance and improve climate environment aligning with the company’s strategies and core values.- In order to facilitate business unites team leads to find the solutions and proactively deliver related to HR Processes.- Understand current and future business needs and design well-thought-out plans to contribute both short and long-term improvements in the team’s objectives, productivity, and development;
- Partner with leaders, line managers, and employees, to provide some guidance or raise the need for solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organization plans in the following domains: recruitment planning, career planning, talent management, learning and development, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development;
- Help to ensure the best Organizational Design possible, considering our limitations and challenges;
- Ensure a high level of employee engagement by effectively monitoring employee motivation;
- Champion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of our work;
- Proactively understand pain points and possible solutions of stakeholders;
- Support Managers and HRBP Leads in attending to business projects and departments' needs;
- Better understanding of the departments' strategies, anticipating risks and impacts of the organization's decisions;
- Align the department's strategies according to the market;
- Be an adviser to the leadership.
**Requirements**:
- Availability to work in São Paulo/SP (hybrid work);
- Experience as HRBP;
- Fluent English;
- Strategic thinking: Quickly evaluates situations, combines business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions or recommendations;
- Able to work at pace while maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standards;
- Proactive and collaborative; performs with mínimal supervision;
- Comfortable to work with ambiguity and empowerment, in a dynamic and agile environment that changes daily;
- Confident communicator. Knows how to communicate mínimally and most importantly prepare materials in English.
