**Sua missão**:
- Liderar técnicamente equipes multidisciplinares, e garantir a execução das melhores práticas de Engenharia de Software Ágil e DevSecOps.
- Participar da descoberta e cocriação de soluções, mergulhando nos aspectos técnicos de aplicações existentes e de possíveis soluções, com perfil desbravador para envolver áreas necessárias;
- Participar da entrega e da defesa de soluções técnicas e arquiteturais para resolver diferentes problemas de negócio;
- Refinar designs de arquitetura, provas de conceitos e implementação para frameworks, componentes e módulos;
- Criar e gerenciar o roadmap do projeto, incluindo atividades arquiteturais, dependências entre os sistemas, riscos e débitos técnico.
- Garantir que os requisitos funcionais e não funcionais sejam alcançados.
- Liderar e formar outros Arquitetos e Desenvolvedores Seniores, mapeando planos de sucessão e talentos.
