CRM Manager with Focus On Latam

Our client is an iGaming startup supported by strong investors which is looking for an experienced CRM manager that knows what works and doesn’t work but is still not afraid to try new things.
Their product consists of both sportsbook and casino so experience with both would be ideal.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relationship management in iGaming
- Strong understanding of the LATAM (focus on Brazil) online iGaming market, including regulations and industry trends
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in performance reporting and analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools, platforms, and technologies, including marketing automation and customer segmentation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
