**Your mission**:
We are looking for an Engagement Lead to join our Marketing team.
Odds Scanner generates high-performance conversion funnels and is looking for a Lead for its engagement department. This professional will lead operations aimed at increasing the audience of websites, pages, and social media profiles, with an outreach strategy based on content creation and establishing partnerships. The lead of engagement will be responsible for the audiovisual, influencer, distribution, and audiovisual teams, reporting to the head of the area and leading more than 10 people.
**Responsibilities**:
The Engagement Lead will be the person responsible for building and managing relationship networks between our brands and their target audiences, leading teams that generate audience and connect different brands with these people.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in advertising or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in media companies;
- At least 5 years of experience in management and leadership positions;
- Advanced knowledge of grammar, sports, online communication, and digital marketing.
- Previous experience with data mapping, market and benchmark analysis, project and advertising campaign management, organization and tactical planning, and online and offline marketing.
