**Experience Design Analyst, voce irá**:

- Desenvolvimento e análise constante de processos de pós venda para identificar pontos de quebres e possibilidades de melhoria;
- Criação e ajuste de materiais de processos para uso da operação;
- Atender a dúvidas e solicitações sobre processos operacionais de pós venda;
- Recepcionar e tratar informações/políticas operacionais de provedores para ajustes em processos internos;
- Desenvolvimento de materiais de Comunicação (textos) para comunicar operação de pós venda sobre dive;
**Para isso, voce precisa ter**:

- Conhecimento em JDS;
- Conhecimento de fluxo interno e se for externa, já ter passado por desenho de processo pelo menos 1 ano;
