Essa vaga faz parte da área de Customer Engagement, para atuar mais especificamente na área de Smart Investment. Essa pessoa será responsável por colaborar na otimização das estratégias da área.

**Escopo Geográfico**:Brasil

**VOCÊ SERÁ RESPONSÁVEL POR**:

- Suportar o projeto de otimização do nosso Customer Engagement.
- Realizar a análise e acompanhamento dos Procesos Internos.
- Realizar a criação de materiais de apresentação e organização de entregas dos projetos.
- Suportar a implementação de melhorias dentro das plataformas digitais em parceria com nosso time de IT.
- Suportar em análises para otimização e priorização de investimentos.

**EXPERIÊNCIA, HABILIDADES E CONHECIMENTOS ESSENCIAIS**
- Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Comunicação, Engenharia de Produção, Marketing e afins.
- Data prevista de formatura a partir de Setembro de 2024 à Setembro de 2025.
- Possuir um perfil comunicativo, ágil, bom relacionamento e trabalho em equipe.
- Postura participativa e capacidade de engajamento.
- Conhecimento Intermediário/Avançado em Inglês.
- Possuir um perfil aberto a novas experiências e com vontade de aprender.
- Possuir capacidade analítica
- Disponibilidade para estagiar em regime de trabalho Híbrido.
- Conhecimento Intermediário/Avançado em Excel.
- Conhecimento desejável em Power BI.
