Este profissional será responsável por gerir a área de Recursos Humanos com abrangência Regional LATAM como HRBP das operações, visando atingir metas e realizar novos projetos dentro do orçamento planejado.
- Promover o aprimoramento e aplicação dos princípios, valores e políticas organizacionais para a gestão de sua unidade de negócios.
- Supervisionar a elaboração do plano de metas anuais da área, bem como as da organização, através da análise dos indicadores, visando a otimização dos recursos disponíveis, e planejando a distribuição das atividades para sua área.
- Gerenciar as áreas sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo o alcance dos resultados planejados e promovendo a melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais e administrativos dentro do orçamento planejado, visando manter a empresa atualizada e competitiva.
- Gerenciar a equipe, em relação às diretrizes de administração de pessoal (remuneração, férias, admissão, demissão, assiduidade) e desenvolvimento organizacional (qualificação, avaliação de desempenho, clima organizacional) de acordo com as políticas e normas da organização.
- Principais Desafios:

- Atuar como agente cultural, de mudança comportamental e organizacional, bem como promotor de inovações conceituais, técnicas e estruturais.
- Gerenciar e apoiar diretamente todas as funções de RH das Operações da América Latina, bem como fornecer suporte estratégico e de excelência em RH para todas as localidades no Brasil.
- Colaborar com a equipe de RH da área para alinhar e apoiar os programas estratégicos de RH da Região LATAM.
- Gerenciar programas de gestão de mudanças, iniciativas de aprendizado e desenvolvimento e conscientização cultural.
- Atuar no desenvolvimento e execução de programas, serviços e políticas de RH globais, regionais e locais para apoiar toda a organização LATAM.
- Gerenciar estratégias gerais de gerenciamento de talentos, incluindo planejamento da força de trabalho; recrutamento; contratando; treinamento e desenvolvimento; desempenho, gestão e melhoria; e planejamento sucessório.
- Coordenar o desenvolvimento das organizações, as iniciativas de gestão de mudanças e o ambiente de toda a empresa para os colaboradores.
- Rever a eficácia de todos os esforços de recursos humanos, procurando fornecer conselhos e contribuições úteis e estratégicos em toda a empresa para a evolução contínua.
- Entender o negócio e observar questões relevantes de RH, propondo melhorias constantes ao negócio.
- Entender e apoiar as necessidades de negócios relacionadas a fusões e aquisições, atuando como responsável pelo mapeamento e gerenciamento dos projetos de integração/sinergias nas empresas adquiridas em temas de gestão de pessoas.**Requisitos**:
Conhecimento generalista, preferencialmente com vivência em multinacional;
- Inglês fluente e espanhol desejável;
- Experiência nos subsistemas de Recursos Humanos (Gestão de Pessoas, Remuneração, Recrutamento, Endomarketing, Benefícios, Treinamento);
- Conhecimentos em gerenciamento de projetos, cultura organizacional e gestão de mudanças, gestão de negócios, segurança do trabalho, legislação trabalhista.
