**Sobre a vaga**

Buscamos agrônomo com sólido conhecimento técnico em cultivos de Soja, Milho e vivência relevante em vendas técnicas e consultivas voltados para distribuidores na região de Rio Verde, GO.

**Suas principais responsabilidades**:
Atendimento de grandes produtores

Identificação de oportunidades e maximização de negócios

Expansão da carteira de clientes

Consultoria técnica

Atuação com forte presença no campo, garantindo resultados para a FMC e para o cliente;
Programar e executar ações para geração de oportunidades de negócios (Montagens de campo, palestras técnicas, e treinamentos)

Relacionamento com equipe técnica dos clientes e consultores da região

**Qualificações Básicas**

Formação em Agronomia;
Desejável Pós-graduação e/ou Especialização em Proteção de Cultivos

Vivência consistente na função de Representante Técnico Comercial em multinacional do setor

Profissional orientado a resultados e fortes habilidades de acompanhamento

Aptidão demonstrada para resolução de problemas, capacidade de determinar soluções para os clientes

Forte habilidade de comunicação

**Qualificações Preferenciais**
- Conhecimento da região e vivência com vendas diretas a grandes produtores
- Capacidade de priorização, capacidade analítica e habilidade estratégica
- Resiliência
- Capacidade de influência por meio de conhecimento técnico
- Disponibilidade para viagens
