MGID was founded in 2008 and is one of the leading companies in native advertising. We enable our media partners to monetize their audience and help brands promote their services and goods effectively.
MGID offers a range of integrated solutions covering the promotion process every step of the way; we offer services ranging from planning out the marketing strategy to its thoughtful implementation and optimization. Our clients include major international brands like Renault, Domino’s, Airbnb, Pizza Hut, Qatar Airlines, and many others, including media organizations and web agencies.
**What will you do**:
- Work with HODs, Account Management, and other corresponding teams
- Deal with mainly mid-market and all other types of publishers and their hierarchy of employees to close on the possible partnership
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Targets
- Perform as per the KPI assigned on a periodic basis
- Use our product strengths and product specifics to create custom proposals of solutions to clients and publishers
- Use workable knowledge about strategies for client attraction and retention
- Monitor market changes and proactively inform team leader on any business/competitor/partner news and all upcoming circumstances (e.g. global/regional demand/CPC drop) and other issues that can affect the publisher's revenue (for example government checking, publishers merge, social traffic decreasing because of new algorithms, emergence and market entry of the new competitors, etc.)
- Develop and maintain close and effective relationships and networks with both existing and potential new clients in the region, as well as different types of adTech-related entities
- Organize working processes with clients with the aim of maximizing our revenue and minimizing losses for the company
- Perform evaluation of priority ad placement, rates, and formats of the ads considering website layout for all Tier types
**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:
- 2+ years of experience in publisher acquisition, and development
- Ability to ideate and innovate the Publisher Acquisition strategies and adaptability as per market dynamics
- Business development experience and network within the native and publisher industry
- Knowledge of various monetization opportunities for the publishers, revenue models, market understanding, competition mapping, Native Advertising Technology, and its possibility and limitations
- Experience with working with publishers, content websites, media groups, app developers, tech companies, and networks from Brazil. Good relationship with the publishing market and strong network
- Familiar with publishers' strategy, business operations/model, and their main challenges and 'pains'. Strong understanding of revenue generation strategies/action plans from the technology partner/vendor side. Knowledge of the publisher’s ecosystem in the Brazilian market
- Knowledge of dedicated approaches on how to work with clients from appropriate categories and traffic sources
- Fluent English and other regional languages widely
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
**Will be a plus**:
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech
- Prior experience with any well-known native platform, Ad Serving platforms, Publisher alliance, and Programmatic monetization
