**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond to tickets;
- Help customers understand how Nutcache works:;
- Ensure that the client has the best experience with Nutcache;
- Upselling;
- Short live presentations with clients.

**KEY SKILLS**:

- Team playerKnowledge in Agile Management, Scrum, Kanban;
- Experience with serving SaaS companies;
- Experience in a technology company.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Knowledge of the following computer language: Javascript
- Fluent French;
- Advanced English;
- Strong communication skills;
- Customer service experience;
- Be able to put yourself in the customers’ shoes and understand their difficulties;
- Learn the internal processes of the company.
