Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS)

**Responsibilities**:
The LatAm Regional Market Access Sr Manager is responsible for the engagement strategy with all stakeholders influencing the payment pathway associated with the reimbursement of MDS products. He/she channels available clinical and economical evidence, and identifies areas of opportunity to build new evidence, to support the inclusion, adoption, and payment of our technologies by insurers

Main activities:
Partners with Country Business Unit teams to:

- Identify and segment insurers based on size and payment pathways
- Identify financial stakeholders and their pains
- Prioritize insurers based on MDS clinical and economical value proposition
- Enable the execution of the strategy

Develops a regional Access strategy:

- Partners with Regional Marketing and Medical Affairs to consolidate and articulate economical evidence
- Develops segmentation models based on insurers’ reimbursement models
- Partners with Medical Affairs and HEOR to help create economical models
- Develops evidence compendia aimed at addressing insurers’ pains

**Requirements**:

- Must have robust experience in Market Access position for Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.
- Must have worked with Access to Public and Private markets
- Advanced English
- Intermediate Spanish
