**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting and implementing robust HR policies, procedures and processes in line with KnowBe4's culture and core values, including the development of the employee handbook
- Provide operative and administrative support to the Director of People Operations throughout the employee lifecycle in a confidential and sensitive manner (e.g. but not limited to on
- and offboardings, employee relations matters including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, leaves, absence, retirement and redundancy)
- Assist the Director of People Operations in managing compliance requirements with regards to employee contracts, bonuses, pensions and related matters.
- Assist in handling time off requests for holidays, illness and other types of leave
- Assist the Director of People Operations with benefits administration, selection and coordination with vendors
- Handling of logístical office needs including ordering of supplies, dealing with vendors and greeting visitors
- Coordinate on-boarding for new employees
- Manage the budget allocated for the office ensuring that we are within budget for all culture/office spend
- Assist the DoPO/POM in the execution of HR projects
- Come up with creative ideas to keep the company culture alive
- Coordinate cross-functional events, end of month lunch/dinners, staff birthdays, shipping employee goodies etc.
- Partner with our US-based Culture team to ensure alignment with culture objectives
- Assist in the creation and implementation of local diversity initiatives
- Support with HR projects when needed

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience within HR Operations desired
- Strong administration skills
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
- A high level of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer focused attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Resourceful and proactive
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Very familiar with computers; Macbooks are a plus.
- Microsoft Office literate
