**Job Description Summary**: Nesta função, você será responsável por executar vários processos operacionais de RH e apoiará a equipe em todas as categorias de serviços de RH, incluindo manutenção de dados de empregados e estagiários, relatórios, métricas, melhorias contínuas nos sistemas e processos e muito mais.
Desenvolverá um conhecimento aprofundado dos sistemas e processos operacionais de RH da empresa. Essa função requer ênfase na integridade e análise de dados para apoiar as principais decisões de RH, enquanto fornece cobertura e suporte conforme necessário. Identificará e resolverá problemas operacionais e apoiará na melhoria continua de processos. Promoverá um serviço “Best in Class ”enquanto desenvolve relacionamentos eficazes e trabalha de forma multifuncional com equipes internas e fornecedores
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsável pela execução de um ou mais processos de operações de RH no ciclo de vida do empregado e estagiário;
- Responsável por resolver problemas em situações que exigem bom conhecimento e julgamento dentro dos procedimentos estabelecidos, consultando mais membros da equipe sênior/liderança para questões mais complexas.
- Responsável por manter uma Lean Culture e aplicar em nossas entregas diárias, o trabalho em melhorias contínuas, resolução de problemas e participação efetiva em grupos.
- Responsável por lidar constantemente com informações sigilosas e sensíveis baseadas em LGPD.
- Responsável por compreender os principais motivadores de negócios, utilizando este entendimento para realizar o próprio trabalho e apoiar o grupo.
- Responsável pela manutenção, organização dos arquivos digitais e físicos.
- Suportar métricas de entrega e qualidade de serviços;
- Manter altos padrões de precisão, pontualidade e qualidade para garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos legais e de políticas internas.
- Desenvolver relações efetivas com partes interessadas através de fortes habilidades interpessoais e comunicação proativa
**Required Qualifications**
- Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em operações de Recursos Humanos
- Diploma de bacharel de uma universidade ou faculdade credenciada
- Experiência com pacote Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)
- Inglês avançado
- Forte habilidade de comunicação escrita e oral
- Foco no atendimento ao cliente, com a capacidade de antecipar as necessidades
- Organização e senso critico de prioridades
- Proatividade
- Business oriented

- Conhecimento em Workday e ADP
- Espanhol
