A área de Investment Banking é responsável por projetos de assessoria financeira a clientes corporativos e investidores financeiros, como fusões e aquisições (M&A) e emissões de ações no mercado de capitais - IPOs e Follow-Ons (ECM).
Em M&A, atuamos recentemente prestando assessoria ao Banco Safra na aquisição do controle do Banco Alfa por R$1,0 bilhão; nas transações da Albacora e Albacora Leste com a Petrorio; à CMPC na aquisição de R$ 1,8 bilhão da Carta Fabril; e aos acionistas da Unity na venda de R$ 1,5 bilhão à Oncoclínicas. **Sobre a vaga**
Nesta oportunidade, você fará** **suporte à execução de projetos de M&A e ECM, atuará em estudos sobre as empresas e análises setoriais e fornecerá apoio ao time na elaboração de modelos financeiros e apresentações relacionadas a pitchbooks e/ou projetos.
