**Context of the role**
This position will be the point-of-contact for Sales & Business Development (BD) and serve as an internal business partner to sales. Responsibilities include supporting our Sales team with client onboarding, pipeline management, preparing presentations, organising meetings and conducting research.
**Key Responsibilities**
Assist the BD/sales team with the technical aspects of the onboarding process and lead generation:
- Setting expectations and creating the onboarding project plan including timelines and milestones for each partner.
- Opening jira tickets for the addition of corridors, pricing adjustments, and adding new currency/wallets.
- Requesting & managing approvals for jira tickets.
- Initiating the technical onboarding process between our partners and Solutions Delivery team.
- Opening technical requests in Salesforce to move our partners forward with the integration process.
- Prioritizing the integration by setting up technical kick off calls & tech status calls with the assigned project managers.
- Securing funding from our partners before assigned launch dates and assisting them in filling out their payment instructions.
- Engaging with the Treasury team for Bank account/test funding status.
- Working with our Solutions Delivery team and Sales Support specialist to establish a go live timeline for new partners.
- Consistent follow-up through each stage of the process to ensure responsiveness from both the partner and internal Thunes teams in order to meet go-live timeframes and goals.
- Assist Americas SDR Lead with English to Portuguese translations where needed.
- Qualify and nurture new leads through well planned and executed efforts with assistance from Americas SDR Lead.
- Prioritize and organize day-to-day activities to ensure lead generation and discovery conversation KPI's are met with assistance from Americas SDR Lead.
- Contact leads, to pre-pitch Thunes and set up discovery calls for the local sales team with assistance from Americas SDR Lead.
- Manage and track leads via CRM while maintaining accurate and up to date records with assistance from Americas SDR Lead.
**Professional Experience/Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate discipline.
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English. Spanish also a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in the customer-facing function.
- High level of Microsoft Office Suite and or Google Suite product competency.
- Must be highly organized, independent and able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly evolving fast paced environment.
- Adept at developing and executing actions synthesized from analysis issues.
- Detail-oriented and a believer in value of process.
- Must be flexible, self-motivated and team oriented.
- Highly adaptable, able to accept and create change.
- Has excellent communication and interaction with people all around the globe in a multicultural environment.
