This very interesting position is located in São Paulo/Barra Funda and reports to the Latam Commercial Leader.

Job Summary
This position will develop and execute successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in territory for all verticals. Work collaboratively with Sales, Service and Applications counterparts to achieve Leica Biosystems performance targets while exceeding customer expectations.

Major Responsibilities
Key Account Sales Manager will achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory.
Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor.
Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.
Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
Utilize Strategic Selling tools (Blue sheets) with mentorship and guidance.
Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (such as DOMO, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
Works with the commercial team as the strategic expert in Core Histology with liaison responsibility to Immunohistochemistry & Pathology Imaging.
Provides Commercial sales support through Voice Of Sales & Voice Of Customer.
Creates and develops sales enablement resources to maximize sales efficiencies.
Drives strategic coordination with the commercial departments such as commercial operations, commercial development and marketing.
Prioritizes product allocation to customers through collaboration with Sales & Marketing Leadership.

**Education**: Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience

**Required Skills**:
Proven time management skills
Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment

**Travel**: 50-75%
Must Possess a valid Driver’s license.
Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings

**Language**: English
