**Requisitos Obrigatórios/Tecnologia/Conhecimento necessários**

**Qualificação técnica**:

- Atuará na visão estratégica e tática
- Compreender as necessidades do negócio e desenvolver uma visão da mudança;
- Desenvolver e executar o plano de implementação da mudança;
- Gerenciar o processo de mudança, incluindo a comunicação, treinamento e suporte;
- Direcionar e apoiar os PO/PMs na execução das mudanças;
- Realizar e executar os planos de comunicação com as partes interessadas e impactadas;
- Realizar a criação e execução da estratégia de acordo com o contexto do negócio;
- Direcionar e apoiar a governança com a gestão de processos, papéis, responsabilidades e políticas necessárias;
- Direcionar e apoiar o desenvolvimento de novas capacidades para a alavancagem de resultados, incluindo seus objetivos de negócio, KPIs e roadmap de evolução;
- Direcionar e apoiar análises, decisões e mudanças necessárias na estratégia;
- Medir o sucesso da mudança através de resultados e indicadores claros e objetivos;

**Desejável conhecimentos em**:

- Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em gestão de mudanças organizacionais;
- Experiência na adoção de frameworks de agilidade;
- Habilidades de liderança e comunicação;
- Habilidades de planejamento e gerenciamento de projetos;
- Habilidades de análise e resolução de problemas;
- Inteligência Emocional;
- Experiência com finance.
