The LATAM Retail Marketing team provides support to 6 countries in Latin America. This position will be responsible for communications, including new creatives, localizations, adaptations, and seasonal assets while also supporting our Digital team.

Main responsibilities of this Intern:

- ** 75% of the time will be at Integrated Marketing and Comms**: Map needs from countries on new creatives, localization needed, adaptations, seasonal assets.
- Translation, Review process with Headquarters team.
- New creatives approval process with creative team Support on the localization of message deck for all languages in the region.
- Ensure countries have all information from new assets and support implementations.
- ** Another 15% of the time at Digital Marketing**: Support with digital programs: Brand Pages and SRT Shopper Recommendation Tool: Follow up updates and new implementation Software Bundles Managing bundles; Tech Advisor: Link with training team to gather training materials to the advisors.
- ** Shopper Intercept**: Support on requesting assets to countries.
- ** Marketing Specialist**: Participate on Marketing Specialists calls and support on requests as needed.
- ** On demand projects**: Category Segmentation, new creatives, omnichannel ideas, etc.
- ** And the remaining 10%, Operational**: POs (Purchase Orders) and POP (Proof of Performance. tool support Creation of Team newsletters with updated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), news and Best-Known Methods (BKMs)

**Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications:

- Pursuing second year (5th or 6th semester) of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or any related field.
- Willing to work 30 hours per week.
- Fluent in English.

Preferred qualifications:

- Spanish.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
