Nossa empresa tem sede em Houston (EUA) atuando como uma holding para vários tipos de serviços e aluguel de equipamentos. No Brasil atuamos fornecendo diversos serviços e soluções tecnológicas para os nossos clientes.

Estamos em busca de um **Instrutor Well Control** para fazer parte da nossa equipe em **Macaé**.

**Resumo das Responsabilidades**:

- Conhecer e praticar as normas, políticas e procedimentos da Superior Energy Services.
- Conduzir treinamentos seguindo cronogramas, planos de aula e materiais de apresentação aprovados pela Wild Well, IADC e/ou IWCF, garantindo a transmissão eficaz do conteúdo técnico.
- Preencher e organizar toda a documentação associada a cada curso, assegurando a conformidade com as diretrizes institucionais e regulatórias.
- Promover os serviços e treinamento oferecidos pela Wild Well durante as aulas e trabalhos além de treinamentos.
- Auxiliar a equipe de desenvolvimento com o material do curso, auxiliar no desenvolvimento de ferramentas e fornecer cenários relevantes para simulações.
- Manter uma interface diária com outros instrutores, gerentes e equipe corporativa, assegurando a coerência e qualidade dos programas de treinamento.
- Executar quaisquer outras responsabilidades ou tarefas adicionais que possam ser requeridas.

**Principais Qualificações**:

- Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia de Controle e Automação, Mecânica, Petróleo ou áreas afins.
- Inglês e espanhol fluentes

**Principais Requisitos**
- Experiência em condução de treinamentos técnicos, promoção de serviços, e em desenvolvimento de materiais dos cursos.
- Desejável certificado de instrutor IADC ou IWCF.
- Ética, adaptação, iniciativa, comunicação clara, determinação, organização, proatividade, trabalho em equipe, atitude positiva e inteligência emocional.
- Residir em Macaé, Rio de Janeiro ou proximidades.
- Disponibilidade para viagens.
