**About the role**:
Guide the development of supply chain activities and related supporting processes according to the route-to-market of the assigned Region in consistency with the Group/ Area operations master plan, fostering Service level and balancing cost-to-serve via cross-functional integration along the whole Planning-to-Delivery cycle.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Ensure deployment and control within the S&OP cycle of consolidated demand planning at the regional level, managing connections, allowing plan aggregation and demand plan definition, checking and balancing demand input from the region in advance;
Ensure products vs demand availability within Region network, with objective to achieve optimum stock levels and freshness, responding efficiently to commercial needs and industrial constraints ensuring smooth flows of finished goods through the Supply Chain;
Ensure customer focal point along order-to-cash process, in partnering business accounts and in orchestrating process steps from Master Data to deliveries, acting as process owner for Service Level along the process;
Ensure the operating management of the stock (e.g. logistics activities, customs, stock monitoring, inventory count, input of results in IT systems and warehouse quality activities) and ensure smooth logistics operations (incl. Commercial Co-Packing) and related processes for managed Region Warehouses and Transportation flows;
Development of the Supply Chain Region functions, ensuring supply chain master plan preparation and processes continuous improvement initiatives in consistency with Group/ Area and operations master plan pillars (Operations Excellence, Preferred Partner for the Trade, Product Superiority and Operations Sustainability);
Oversight smooth Documental Process management at Region level to guarantee Service Level targets;
Address and prioritize line requirements to Region SC Procurement guaranteeing logistics services availability and compliance;
Define SC budget and ensure mínimal deviation vs actual.

**Who we are looking for**:
English fluent, Portuguese and Spanish are a plus;
10+ years of experience;
Graduate degree Production Engineering, Logistics, Administration and others
